  • The First Impressions Receptionist is an important Frontliner, you are the initial voice of the company to countless clients. You Never Get a 2nd Chance to make a First Impression.

  • Answering telephone inquiries such as driving directions, guidance to Barbera Brand websites and thoughtfully transferring calls and taking Real Time messages as needed to support the guest client experience as well as directing callers for the BarberaCares Programs.
  • Greet, welcome back, and thank guests and clients as well as provide direction if needed.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a smile J while multi-tasking automotive related clerical duties, maintaining confidential records/reports, receipt vehicle purchase monies, dispense
  • important documentation and vehicle ownership items , and work on special projects as requested.
  • The usual computer skills - ability to utilize MS Office, web based training, and adeptness to learn database systems and programs necessary for position.
  • Hours are Full-Time - early start. Flexibility to be on-call for possible evening or Saturday coverage.
