Performance
When shopping for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, you'll have three powertrain options to consider. The standard option is a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6, which can provide you with up to 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Even as the standard offering, it's no slouch, and you can expect to be able to tow up to 6,200 pounds through Langhorne with this engine under the hood.
The second option is a 5.7-liter HEMI® V8. This can generate up to 357 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque, giving you a towing capacity of up to 7,200 pounds. This V8 also has a fuel-saving trick where it can deactivate four of its cylinders when the power isn't needed.
Finally, Pennsauken, NJ shoppers can choose a Grand Cherokee 4xe, which comes with a plug-in hybrid powertrain that can provide up to 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. This efficient option can not only travel up to 25 miles on electric power alone, but it also drives an estimated 56 MPGe.
Design
Every Grand Cherokee presents a dashing design, and its piercing gaze is aided by standard LED reflector headlamps and taillamps. Depending on the trim level you choose for your new Jeep Grand Cherokee, you can enjoy heated power mirrors, which the top trims also add a memory system to. Technology
New Grand Cherokee SUVs come standard with an 8.4-inch touchscreen Uconnect® 5 infotainment system, but higher trims expand the display to 10.1 inches. Both options provide Cherry Hill, NJ drivers with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, integrated voice commands, SiriusXM® and Jeep Connect. Trims with the 10.1-inch display also add a built-in navigation system and HD Radio™.
